Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by PocketClub LLC ("PocketClub", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

Description of Services

PocketClub develops and publishes mobile applications, games, and digital content. Our current products include the RUSL-DWUSL mobile game and original music releases. We may add, modify, or discontinue products or features at any time.

Eligibility

Our apps are designed for users of all ages. By using our products, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

User Conduct

Multiplayer Features

Game sessions are temporary and data is not permanently stored on our servers
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free multiplayer service
Game results and dispute outcomes are for entertainment purposes only and are not legally binding
You are responsible for any conditions or stakes you set within the app — PocketClub is not a party to any agreements made between players

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, music, and other materials in our apps and on our website are the property of PocketClub LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our products without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any game results or features.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PocketClub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, loss of revenue, or disputes between users arising from game outcomes.

Our apps may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Google Firebase). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
